The challenge:
As an Employee Back Office you carry responsibility for a variety of different activities. These activities are focused on contact with all the international customers and suppliers. The tasks you will be responsible for are:
  • Answering questions from the German market via email or phone;
  • Finding out about claims;
  • Checking and tracking incoming and outgoing orders from A to Z;
  • Supporting sales staff;
  • Processing pickup orders;
  • Resolving daily problems.

Where will you go for coffee?  
Our client is an online platform for car tires, but also focuses on motorcycle, 4x4, vintage and quad tires. In addition to tires, our client offers a wide range of rims. They supply stock to more than 250 suppliers for over 6,000 ordering customers in thirteen countries. Our client is mainly active in the Benelux, Germany and France but also in other European countries. The head office is located in the Netherlands.
