The challenge:

As Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities is A) managing and coaching the warehouse team and B) managing the outbound goods leave the warehouse in time. You are responsible for monitoring the daily operations. Furthermore, you monitor the quality and efficiency of processes within the existing structure. Other activities you will be involved in are:

• Setting up KPIs and adjusts where necessary;
• Setting up and setting up logistics operations;
• Ensuring the achievement of daily targets;
• Estimating volumes and workload and scaling up in a timely manner if necessary;
• Participating in meetings related to operational matters.
